Enter Your License Key

Enter the license key you received from Gumroad with the purchase of your form template. It will be formatted as four groups of alphanumeric characters separated by dashes, like ABCD-12345678-EFGH5678-IJKL9012.

3 places to find your license key:

  1. On the confirmation page immediately following your purchase
  2. In the email receipt you received for your purchase on Gumroad
  3. On the 'Purchases' tab in your Gumroad library

This key verifies your purchase and can only be used once.
